About Me:

Philahomesale: Center-City Philadelphia Real Estate

A Singing Realtor? You Bet. This ‘Virtuoso of Real Estate’ will have you singing too!
Dennis McVeigh is an experienced real estate agent covering the New York and Philadelphia markets. He worked previously with the renowned Elaine Clayman Group, and contributed to the firm’s 50 to 60 million in annual sales and an average of 100 properties sold in a year. He has sold and rented a wide spectrum of properties ranging from 4.9 million to 200 thousand and renting from 16,500 per month to 2,500 per month. Dennis believes his experience and background in the vigorous New York market has prepared him well for the national market, and he is particularly focused and committed to Philadelphia real estate. After all, this great historic city is his home!

Dennis is an alumni of Temple University and West Chester University where he studied Voice Performance and Music Education, respectively. He was a music teacher for 3 years within the Philadelphia Catholic school system. Additionally, Dennis is a professionally trained Opera singer and has performed with The Opera Company of Philadelphia at The Academy of Music, Lincoln Center, and at The Spoleto Festival in Italy. He had the esteemed opportunity and joy of performing in the ‘Pavarotti Voice Competition’ and has even shared the stage with the Maestro himself! Dennis has also had the pleasure of performing alongside such great artists as Placido Domingo, Renee Flemming, Denise Graves, and Sherill Milnes just to name a few.

As a real estate agent with Prudential Fox & Roach, Dennis was recruited by none other than famed top broker, Joanne Davidow, who aptly dubbed him ‘The Virtuoso of Real Estate’. Dennis’ experience and distinctive talent make him a natural communicator with a creative approach to realizing your goals. Whether you are a seller or a buyer, he is determined to find the right solution for you. His service is not ‘business as usual’ as he deeply cares about his clients’ needs and wants them to succeed. He also cares about the community and believes that involvement and access to the arts is intrinsic to a higher quality of life for Philadelphians. Dennis explains, “ Everything I have done has led me to being a real estate agent. When I was a teacher in front of a classroom of 30 students, or even when I sing opera, it’s about getting to the point -the ‘heart of the matter’. My role in real estate is not to convince or ‘sell’ anyone. Rather, my purpose is to understand what you need, find the best solution, and be your steady guide in perhaps the most important decision of your life: buying or selling a home.”.

Dennis’ music can be heard at Popular Opera Arias & Songs. His online profile with Prudential Fox & Roach can be found at Dennis McVeigh at Prudential Fox & Roach, Dennis' Real Estate Site is Philahomesale, his blog: Planet Philadelphia, and other music that Dennis has recorded on is The Saint of Bleecker Street, and Menotti: The Violin Concerto, The Death of Orpheus (Live).
